About the Firm
I moved my family to Hughesville in 1996 after spending six years as an attorney in Harrisburg. During that time, I worked as a public defender and later as an associate for a personal injury law firm.
My goal
is to seek and obtain fair, reasonable and just compensation for my
injured clients by providing professional, thorough, and ethical
representation. It is no secret that insurance companies fund most of the
payments to injured people. This means that we are usually facing the
big insurance companies and their very capable attorneys.
The Insurance Industry is powerful, rich and experienced. No matter how helpful they may sound in their advertising campaigns, the fact of the matter is that the less money they pay out to injured people, the more profit they make. This is why the insurance industry promotes legislation that would limit the damages an injured person could receive in an accident. These laws are regularly opposed by consumer groups along with two organizations that I belong to and strongly support, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Rest assured, if you take on an insurance company, you can expect that they will retain experienced attorneys and experts to defend their interest. You should not attempt to go it alone.
